The Brief: Wizard Pharmacy’s purpose is to enhance the quality of life through science and nature-based wellness solutions, with their pharmacists working with Naturopaths to find the best solution for customers.
Their vision is to become the first choice for health and wellness. In 2007 Wizard Pharmacy was created to bring health and wellness to customers wanting more than just traditional prescriptions from the chemist.

Over a four-month engagement the Coffey & Tea team worked with the Wizard Pharmacy team to upskill staff with industry tools and insider tips.
Wizard staff were coached in key areas of social media and digital marketing with informative, engaging and practical training.
They were empowered to drive their businesses forward and left armed with tools to engage with their customers digitally.
