Strategy, content and paid social

Our services.

One team for your strategy, content and paid social, so every post and every ad dollar answers to the same plan. From high-level strategy and paid social to content that captures the imagination, Coffey & Tea is the strategy and content team behind tourism, hospitality and lifestyle brands, and the government teams in those sectors.

Campaign Brief WA has shortlisted us for Challenger Agency of the Year more than once, and we report on what your marketing earns, not how it looks.

Whether we are growing the Cocos Keeling Islands’ social audience from 5,000 to 80,000 or helping government teams talk to their communities, our mission remains the same: to turn digital engagement into measurable impact.

Strategy.

Where your brand is, where it should be and what it will take to get there. Then we run your channels to that plan.

Paid social advertising

Paid social.

Ads aimed at the people most likely to book, visit or turn up, with reports that show what the spend did.

How we work.

We started in tourism and hospitality in 2013 and we still think like an operator: full rooms, booked tables, tickets sold and a community that trusts you.

We run social and ads on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, wherever your audience actually is. One plan sits behind all of it, so the content, the ads and the community management pull the same way.

Who we work with

  • Tourism: Tours, stays, attractions and whole regions, where the job is putting a place in someone’s head before they book.
  • Hospitality: Restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels, where the job is a full room on the nights that are quiet.
  • Lifestyle: Wineries, retreats, venues and events, where the job is a community that shows up.
  • Government: Local and state teams who need to talk to their communities in plain English and see what landed.

Restaurants, bars, cafes and hotels.

Your diners check your socials before they book. We plan the content, run the promotions and keep it consistent, so quiet nights fill and busy ones stay full.

Want to start on your own? Read our guide to social media for restaurants and borrow our Reel ideas for hotels and restaurants.

Then send us your quietest night and we’ll show you what to post.

What working with us looks like

Every engagement starts with a plan: who you need to reach, what they should do next, and how we’ll measure it. Then we run it, month in, month out, and report on what it delivered.

What shapes the investment:

  • How many channels we run
  • How much content we make
  • Whether paid social is in the mix
  • How much community management your audience needs

Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer. Projects and workshops are scoped on their own. Tell us roughly what you have to spend and we’ll tell you straight what it can do.

DON’T JUST TAKE IT FROM US.

You absolutely smashed the socials during this campaign and it is SO appreciated. Love your work. So much.

Thank you for supporting Shark Bay community to upskill in Social Media. The majority of the feedback was very positive and highly complimentary of Meg and her delivery style and obvious knowledge. I now look forward to lots of locals ramping up their promotions of Shark Bay and all it has to offer the world.
