Case Study: Tourism Western Australia – Camping with Custodians

DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINING CASE STUDY

TWA

Client: Tourism WA – Camping with Custodians

Location: Peedamulla, Western Australia

Project Date: 2019

Project Brief:  The Camping with Custodians Program is an exciting, Australian-first initiative that builds campgrounds on Aboriginal lands which are open to the public and operated by the community. Visitors get the chance to stay on Aboriginal lands and to meet and mix with Aboriginal people with the fees they pay for their accommodation staying within the community.

We were engaged to provide custom training sessions; Meg travelled to the Peedamulla Campground for a firsthand experience and hands-on social media training with the staff of the campground. During this session, she explained the fundamentals of Facebook and Instagram and the importance of a regular posting schedule with creative, engaging content.
